Abstract:Inthisstudy,asynchronizedoxidation-adsorptioprocesswasusedtotreatthe mixed wastewaterofpulpingandpaperaking wastewater after biochemical treatment. The effects of H2SO 4 , H202 ,F(xiàn)eSO and Fenton adjuvant on removal of COD and operating cost were investigated.TeoptialoperatigparaetersofteprocssefurtrexploredbyesposeSufaceetodogesulssoe that the order of influence of various factorson the treatment efficiencywasFeSO 4- HSO ④ Fentonadjuvant>H2O2.The optimal reactionconditionwas that the dosage of FeSO4 was 7.4mL/L ,the dosage of H2O2 (mass fraction 27.5% ) was O.17 mL/L,the dosage of HSO ?4 (3 mol/L) was 2.0mL/L ,the dosage of CPAMwas 4 mg/Land the dosage of Fenton adjuvant was O.245 mL/L.The efluent COD cr predicted by the model was 30mg/L ,while the average effluent COD G of the verification experiment was 42mg/L ,which was satisfied to the standard GB3544—2O08 Discharge Standard of WaterPolutants forPulpand Paper Industry.The overalloperating cost per tonof water haddecreased byapproximately 14% : Key words: oxidation-adsorption; pulp and paper wastewater; response surface methodology
