Abstract:Inthisudy,tewasteliquidfromacetiacidpulpingofcotra(referedtoasdegradationliquid)wasuse.Troughpotting experiments,teetsofdieretdilutionatio(Ois)ofegrdationliqudosoilpsicoceicalpropertis,actii ties,andthegrowthofleafyvegetableplantsereexploredTheresultsshowedthattedegradationliquidcontaiedvariouscoponts suchassugarsandsallmolculeoganicacids.Theapplicationofegradationsolutioncouldincreasethecontentofsoilorganicatte, decreasehepHvalue,ncreaseteelectricalconductivityandehancethactitiesofsucrasendphosphatase.Whenthedilutiorati was greaterthnOs,eilulesicread,eaterontteasdtottsftotalospodbleo phorusbothincreased,andtheactivitiesofureaseandcatalasebothdecreased.Whenthedilutionratioasgreaterthan5Oies,hecontentofammouitrogenofsoil increasedDegradatiosoutiosdluted50tOOtiescouldallpromoteplantgrowthmongwichthe plantstreatedwithdegradationsolutiondiluted1OOtimeshadthebestgrowthInconclusion,theentirecomponentofthewasteliqudrom aceticcidpulpingofostalksouldbeusedtoimproesoilquaityhedgradonliquidatnapproprateoncentratioouldefe tivelyenhanethephysicalproperties,chemicalfertility,ndbiologicalfertilityofthesoil,andpromotethegrowthofcops.
