Effect of Key Cigarette Paper Parameters on Baking Cigarete Paper's Air Permeability and Fiber Morphology

Abstract：Bakingigaretepapeoanctrictermostaticotplateasusedtoivesigateteectsofthreeeyparametesfcirete paper（airpermeability，ombustionadditivecontentcalculatedbythemassfractionofcitrateion，andcombustionaditivetype）ontheair permeabilityandfermorphologofteakingigareepaper.Itiedtoredicttheairpemabilityndfibermorphologofcigarteppercharedregionobuingcigarete，providingevdencetathowcigaretepapeafectsthemainstreamsmokedeliveryofcigaresThe resultsshowedtatbingcgareepaper’sirpabilityexdaliearincreasingtredwitnicreaeofcigareepapeirpeability，risingfrom19.3～180.2CUto89.2～51.8CU.Meanwhile，thefiberlengthdecreasedfrom0.562～0.661mmto0.339～ 0.375mm.Withanincreaseofcombustionaditivecontentincigaretepaper，bakingcigaretepaper’sairpermeabilitygaduallyincreasedfrom57.0～59.9CUto72.7～213.0CU，thefiberlengthdecreasedfrom0.60lmmto0.33～0.387mm.Atthesamecombustion additivecontentakingcigaretepaper’irpermeablityandfiberngthductioatewithpotassicitrateere2.37CUand 0.5～8.6 percentage points higher than these of sodium citrate cigarette paper.
