獼猴桃采后保鮮貯存技術(shù)研究綜述
摘 要:農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興的必由之路。獼猴桃又是水果界的“維C之王”,是受廣大消費(fèi)者青睞的重要水果之一,其采后保鮮技術(shù)是廣大獼猴桃果農(nóng)和專家學(xué)者的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文從獼猴桃采后生物保鮮處理、物理保鮮處理、化學(xué)保鮮處理3個(gè)方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述,以期為獼猴桃采后保鮮提供理論參考。

Abstract: High-quality agricultural development is the only way to realize rural revitalization. Kiwi fruit industry is the “king of vitamin C”, is favored by the majority of consumers one of the important fruits, its postharvest preservation technology is the majority of kiwi fruit farmers and experts and scholars hot focus. In this paper, the biological preservation treatment, physical preservation treatment and chemical preservation treatment of postharvest kiwi fruit were systematically elaborated, in order to provide theoretical reference for postharvest preservation of kiwi fruit.
