摘 要：文章對(duì)某量產(chǎn)車型儀表板與門框膠條間隙不合問題進(jìn)行了研究，找出了產(chǎn)生該問題的根本原因，并制定了相應(yīng)的解決措施，根據(jù)質(zhì)量檢測結(jié)果說明：采取的解決措施是有效的，解決了儀表板與門框膠條間隙不合問題。

Research on the Gap Mismatch between the Instrument Panel and the Door Frame Rubber Strip of a Mass-produced Vehicle

Abstract：This paper introduces the study on the gap mismatch between instrument panel and door frame strip of a mass production vehicle. By analyzing the issue， the fundamental reason was found， and the solving measure was given， and the quality test result shows that the solving measure is valid and the issue of the gap mismathc between instrument panel and door frame rubber strip is solved.
