某汽車第三排座椅折疊連桿變形斷裂原因分析

摘 要：本文針對某汽車第三排座椅折疊連桿變形斷裂的問題，分析了連桿變形斷裂的可能因素：生產(chǎn)過程有誤、工具使用有誤、零件本體強(qiáng)度不足、零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不當(dāng)、操作方法錯誤等，通過現(xiàn)場勘測檢查、CAE分析等方式，最終鎖定了造成折疊連桿斷裂的根本原因，進(jìn)而有針對性地制定解決措施。

Cause Analysis of Deformation and Fracture of the Third Row Seat Folding Connecting Rod of an Automobile

Abstract：In view of the deformation and fracture of the folding connecting rod of the third row of a car， this paper analyzes the possible factors of the deformation and fracture of the connecting rod： the production process is wrong， the tool is wrong， the parts are not strong enough， the parts are not designed properly， and the operation method is wrong. Finally， the basic cause of folding link fracture is locked by CAE analysis， and then the corresponding solutions are formulated.
