摘 要：介紹了整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)章程的重要性，從團(tuán)隊(duì)核心價(jià)值觀、溝通指南、決策及問題上升、沖突管理、相關(guān)方管理、會(huì)議要求、項(xiàng)目信息及文件管理、獎(jiǎng)懲制度等8個(gè)方面，研究分析了團(tuán)隊(duì)章程的主要內(nèi)容，為如何建立團(tuán)隊(duì)章程及建設(shè)高效卓越的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)提供借鑒和參考。

Research on the Establishment of Team Charter for Vehicle Product Development Project

Abstract：This paper introduces the importance of the team charter of vehicle product development project， and studies and analyzes the main contents of the team charter from eight aspects： team core values， communication guide， decision-making and problem rise， conflict management， interested party management， meeting requirements， project information and document management， reward and punishment system， so as to provide reference for how to establish the team charter and build an efficient and excellent project team.
