反應(yīng)法結(jié)合期間核查法調(diào)整設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)周期

【摘要】本文介紹了幾種適用于檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)室調(diào)整設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)周期的方法,評估比較了不同調(diào)整方法的特點(diǎn)和適用場景,提出了使用反應(yīng)法與期間核查法相結(jié)合的方式調(diào)整設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)周期。這種方法不僅以簡便的方式和較低的成本實(shí)現(xiàn)了調(diào)整校準(zhǔn)周期,還最大限度地控制了風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和成本之間的良好平衡。

Adjusting Equipment Calibration Intervals Using the Response Method Combined with Intermediate Checks

Abstract: This article introduces several methods suitable for adjusting equipment calibration intervals in testing laboratories, evaluates and compares the characteristics and applicable scenarios of different adjustment methods, and proposes the use of the response method combined with intermediate checks to adjust equipment calibration intervals. This not only achieves a simple and cost-effective adjustment of equipment calibration intervals, but also maximizes risk control, achieving a good balance between risk and cost.
