【摘要】本文針對(duì)化學(xué)添加劑在食品領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的概述,重點(diǎn)介紹了液相色譜、氣相色譜、離子色譜和紫外分光光度等檢測(cè)技術(shù)在確保食品安全中的重要性。同時(shí),指出了當(dāng)前食品檢測(cè)體系存在的管理體系不完善、檢測(cè)技術(shù)落后和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不完善等問(wèn)題,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,以促進(jìn)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全、有序、健康發(fā)展。

Brief Analysis of Chemical Additives in Food and Their Detection Methods

Abstract: This paper provides a brief overview of the application of chemical additives in the food industry, focusing on the importance of detection technologies such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ion chromatography, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry in ensuring food safety. Meanwhile, it points out the current issues in the food inspection system, including incomplete management systems, outdated detection technologies, and imperfect standards. Furthermore, corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed to promote the safe, orderly, and healthy development of the food industry.
