人才評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制改革背景下理工類高校高層次人才引進(jìn)研究

摘 要：吸引世界一流人才是世界一流大學(xué)迅速發(fā)展、崛起的關(guān)鍵舉措，新時(shí)代人才評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制改革對(duì)理工類高?？萍既瞬诺囊M(jìn)提出新的要求，各高校在人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面開(kāi)展了積極探索。在分析當(dāng)前理工類高校人才引進(jìn)存在的問(wèn)題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)做好新時(shí)代理工類高校人才引進(jìn)工作進(jìn)行了探索與研究。

Abstract：Attracting firstrate talents is a key measure for the rapid development and rise of worldclass universities.Greater demands have been placed on the talent introduction in science and engineering universities，under the talent evaluation systems reform in the new era.Various universities have actively explored personnel system reform and talent team building.On the basis of analyzing the problems and challenges in talent introduction in current science and engineering universities，exploration and research has been conducted on the present talent introduction work.
