協(xié)同育人理念下高校學風建設(shè)的實踐與思考
摘要:學風是大學精神的集中體現(xiàn),企業(yè)協(xié)同效應理論可以運用到高校學風建設(shè)中。當前學風建設(shè)存在學生學習目標不明確、校企家三方?jīng)]有形成合力等問題。通過實踐與思考,本文提出與學科競賽和科研項目、文化素養(yǎng)和心理素質(zhì)、共建單位和特色基地、家鄉(xiāng)行業(yè)和實習企業(yè)協(xié)同推進學風建設(shè)。

Practice and Reflection on the Construction of Learning Environment
in Universities under the Concept of Collaborative Education.

Abstract:The learning environment is the reflection on the spirit of a university.The theory of enterprise synergy effect can be applied to the construction of learning environment in colleges and universities.There are some problems such as unclear academic goals,the connection between school and enterprise is not close.Through practice and thinking,this paper proposes to promote the construction of learning environment by cooperating with discipline competitions and scientific research projects,cultural quality and psychological quality,co-construction units and characteristic bases,hometown industries and practice enterprises.
