員工越軌創(chuàng)新行為研究綜述

摘 要：在倡導全民創(chuàng)新時代，非傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新——越軌創(chuàng)新，因其非合法性和親組織性相結合的矛盾屬性，引起學者關注。通過梳理員工越軌創(chuàng)新研究成果，探討越軌創(chuàng)新的來源以及學者對其概念的界定，歸納越軌創(chuàng)新行為的測量方法，分析越軌創(chuàng)新行為的作用機制具體包括前因變量與結果變量，提出對管理者的啟示并進行了研究展望。

Review and Prospect of Research on Employees’ Deviant Innovation Behavior

Abstract：In the era of advocating national innovation， non-traditional innovation——deviant-innovation has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad because of its contradictory nature of combination of illegality and proorganization. By reviewing the research results on employees' deviant innovation at home and abroad， this paper briefly describes the sources of deviant innovation and the definition of its concept by scholars in different countries， summarizes the measurement methods of deviant innovation behavior， and analyzes the action mechanism of deviant innovation behavior， including antecedent variables and outcome variables. Finally， on the basis of the previous summary， puts forward the inspiration for managers and the prospect of future research.
