一種小型化8kV級(jí)陶瓷金屬封裝氣密封組件設(shè)計(jì)

摘  要：該文介紹為用戶設(shè)計(jì)定制的一款小型化8 kV級(jí)陶瓷金屬封裝氣密封連接器組件，基于雙層介質(zhì)同軸圓柱形電極模型進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)分布計(jì)算，并利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)產(chǎn)品截面電場(chǎng)、耐振動(dòng)、抗沖擊性能進(jìn)行仿真分析，來驗(yàn)證材料選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性，同時(shí)為高電壓氣密封連接器的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒意義。

Abstract： This paper introduces a miniaturized 8 kV ceramic-metal encapsulated hermetically sealed connector assembly designed and customized for users. The length and strength distribution calculation is carried out based on a double-layer dielectric coaxial cylindrical electrode model， and ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the cross-section electric field， vibration resistance and impact resistance of the product to verify the rationality of material selection and structural design， and at the same time provide reference significance for the design of high-voltage hermetically sealed connectors.
