摘  要:某企業(yè)新建催化裂化裝置在開工初期發(fā)生304L材質(zhì)堿液管道多次泄漏問題。該文通過對(duì)泄漏部位開展宏觀和微觀分析,查找堿液管道泄漏深層次原因并提出改進(jìn)措施。

Abstract: A newly-built catalytic cracking unit in a certain enterprise experienced multiple leaks in its 304L caustic solution pipeline during the early stages of operation. Through macroscopic and microscopic analyses of the leak location, the deep-seated causes of caustic solution pipeline leaks were identified and improvement measures were proposed.

某企業(yè)新建催化裂化裝置內(nèi)不銹鋼堿液管道在裝置開工投料不久后,即發(fā)生管線泄漏情況,此后不到一個(gè)月時(shí)間內(nèi),該堿液管線又多次在焊縫處發(fā)生腐蝕泄漏情況,本文基于宏觀和微觀分析檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)堿液管線腐蝕泄漏原因進(jìn)行深層次分析,對(duì)于今后新建裝置酸、堿等易腐蝕介質(zhì)管線的安裝和投用方法具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。(剩余3705字)
