基于高地下水位的樁基施工方法研究

摘 要:針對一處樁基無法進行干成孔,且上方及周圍為高壓帶電區(qū),提出了一種高壓旋噴樁地基處理方式。采用高壓旋噴樁雙管法工藝,成樁效率高,克服了在復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件下塌孔嚴(yán)重和樁基質(zhì)量不易控制的技術(shù)難題,而且機械設(shè)備較小、施工作業(yè)面較小、機械化程度高、經(jīng)濟環(huán)保。

Abstract: Aiming at the fact that a pile foundation cannot be drilled and there is a high-voltage electrified area above and around, a foundation treatment method of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is put forward. The double-pipe method of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile has high pile forming efficiency, overcomes the technical problems of serious hole collapse and difficult pile foundation quality control under complex geological conditions, and has the advantages of small mechanical equipment, small construction surface, high degree of mechanization, economy and environmental protection.
