高校實驗室信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計

摘  要：目前高校實驗室信息管理系統(tǒng)存在側(cè)重課程、管理、實驗過程三種傾向，都不能很好地系統(tǒng)解決實驗室管理應(yīng)對三者實現(xiàn)有機融合，從而滿足實驗課教師、實驗室管理人員、實驗室科研人員多元需求。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計基于滿足實驗室多元主體的多樣化需求，進(jìn)行了有機整體性設(shè)計和開發(fā)。

Abstract： At present， the university laboratory information management system has three tendencies of focusing on curriculum， management and experimental process， which can not systematically solve the laboratory management to achieve organic integration， so as to meet the multiple needs of experimental teachers， laboratory managers and laboratory researchers. Based on meeting the diversified needs of multiple subjects in the laboratory， the system is designed and developed as a whole.

實驗課程是高校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造能力的重要課程，但目前很多實驗室管理依舊依賴于實驗室管理員的紙筆，這就導(dǎo)致在紙張上操作實驗課程預(yù)約和課程臨時添加十分的冗雜混亂、不易修改、工作量大;實驗設(shè)備使用情況數(shù)據(jù)和實驗室使用情況數(shù)據(jù)（包括人時數(shù)，實驗室利用率）很難做成直觀展示的圖表，實驗室相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計費時費力，不便于考核與推進(jìn)實驗設(shè)備的共享;如果是科研類實驗室，實驗室安全記錄查詢工作量大，人員任務(wù)分配不容易記錄，同時存在實驗室工作任務(wù)進(jìn)度追蹤困難等一系列傳統(tǒng)實驗室管理模式下依舊很難解決的問題。（剩余4462字）
