[摘 要]在配電網系統(tǒng)中，繼電保護是一種重要的保護性裝置，能夠對故障區(qū)域起到切斷、隔離的作用，有效避免了故障對整個電力系統(tǒng)的傷害。文章介紹了10 kV配電網繼電保護系統(tǒng)的整定計算，探討了智能電網背景下繼電保護智能化管理的關鍵技術和應用功能，旨在最大程度地發(fā)揮出繼電保護系統(tǒng)的功能價值。

[Abstract]In the distribution network system， relay protection is an important protective device that can cut off and isolate the fault area， effectively avoiding the damage of the fault to the entire power system. Based on this， this article first introduces the setting calculation of the 10 kV distribution network relay protection system， and then explores the key technologies and application functions of intelligent management of relay protection under the background of smart grid. It is hoped that this can provide some inspiration and reference for relevant power units and practitioners， and maximize the functional value of the relay protection system.
