[摘 要]文章闡釋了35 kV變電站運(yùn)維風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，指出35 kV變電站運(yùn)行維護(hù)過(guò)程中尚存的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)，并從運(yùn)維責(zé)任的明確、監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的建立、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)等方面提出變電站運(yùn)行維護(hù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)的防范措施。

[Abstract]This paper explains the operation and maintenance risk of 35 kV substation， points out the remaining risk points in the operation and maintenance process of 35 kV substation， and puts forward the prevention measures from the aspects of the definition of operation and maintenance responsibility， the establishment of monitoring system， risk assessment and risk evaluation.
