自動化技術(shù)在機械制造中的應(yīng)用研究

[摘 要]從機械企業(yè)自動化生產(chǎn)裝配的工作視角出發(fā),設(shè)置工業(yè)機器人的裝配線工作平臺、PLC驅(qū)動控制主板及電路結(jié)構(gòu),將CCD視覺感知相機、改進SSD深度學習算法引入到機械零部件目標識別中,實施機械制造過程中多種零部件的自動化抓取、裝配操作,提升機械自動化生產(chǎn)線的零部件裝配、工業(yè)控制性能。

[Abstract]From the perspective of automatic production and assembly of machinery enterprises, the assembly line work platform, PLC drive control motherboard and circuit structure of industrial robots are set up, CCD visual perception camera and improved SSD deep learning algorithm are introduced into the target recognition of mechanical parts, and automatic grasping and assembly operations of various parts in the process of mechanical manufacturing are implemented. Improve parts assembly and industrial control performance of mechanical automation production lines.
