綜采工作面采煤機(jī)自動化控制技術(shù)研究

[摘 要]為滿足綜采工作面對采煤機(jī)的需求，文章以采煤機(jī)自動化控制技術(shù)為研究對象，開發(fā)了采煤機(jī)自動化控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能自動監(jiān)控采煤機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，識別采煤機(jī)的潛在故障，還可根據(jù)綜采工作面的作業(yè)需求，靈活調(diào)節(jié)采煤機(jī)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)，具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

Automated Control Technology for Coal Mining Machine in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

[Abstract]In order to improve the demand for coal mining machines in comprehensive mining work， this article takes coal mining machine automation control technology as the research object and develops a coal mining machine automation control system. This system can automatically monitor the operating status of the coal mining machine， identify potential faults of the coal mining machine， and flexibly adjust the operating parameters of the coal mining machine according to the operational needs of the fully mechanized mining face， which has high practical value.

1 綜采工作面對采煤機(jī)自動化控制技術(shù)的需求

采煤機(jī)是一種采掘煤炭時(shí)使用的大型機(jī)械設(shè)備，在正式作業(yè)中主要將支架設(shè)置在煤層上方，用以支撐煤層重量，并將切割機(jī)構(gòu)的截齒伸入煤層，完成對煤炭的切割。（剩余3339字）
