基于改進(jìn)Harris鷹優(yōu)化的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)分簇協(xié)議

摘要:針對無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)因能量效率低而導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)生命周期短的問題,提出一種新的基于改進(jìn)Harris鷹優(yōu)化算法的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)分簇協(xié)議(improved Harris hawk optimization based clustering protocols for wireless sensor networks,IHHOC).IHHOC采用改進(jìn)的Harris鷹優(yōu)化算法獲得最優(yōu)簇頭集,首先通過Sobol序列初始化種群,并考慮剩余能量、與基站距離以及節(jié)點(diǎn)密度這3個(gè)參數(shù)定義適應(yīng)度函數(shù),通過探索、過渡和開發(fā)逐次迭代最終求得最優(yōu)解;其次,采用高斯隨機(jī)游走策略避免IHHOC陷入局部最優(yōu).成簇后,在簇頭鄰近簇中基于剩余能量、與簇頭和基站距離找到最優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)節(jié)點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量消耗.仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,IHHOC能有效提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量效率,增大網(wǎng)絡(luò)吞吐量,延長網(wǎng)絡(luò)生命周期.

Improved Harris Hawk Optimization Based Clustering Protocolfor Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of short network life cycle due to low energy efficiency in wireless sensor networks,we proposed a novel improved Harris hawk optimization algorithm based clustering protocols for wireless sensor networks(IHHOC).IHHOC adopted the improved Harris hawk optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal cluster head set.Firstly,the population was initialized by the Sobol sequence and the fitness function was defined by considering the three parameters of residual energy,the distance to the base station,and the density of nodes,and the optimal solution was finally obtained by iterating through the exploration,transition,and exploitation one after another.Secondly,Gaussian stochastic wandering strategy was used to avoid IHHOC falling into local optimum.Afterclustering,the optimal forwarding nodes were found in the neighboring clusters of the cluster head based on the residual energy,distance from the cluster head and base station to further reduce the network energy consumption.The simulation experiment results show thatIHHOC can effectively improve the network energy efficiency,increase the network throughput,and extend the network life cycle.
