基于行為轉(zhuǎn)變理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生依從性的影響分析

【摘要】目的：分析基于行為轉(zhuǎn)變理論的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生依從性的影響。方法：醫(yī)護(hù)人員共取樣38例，納入時(shí)間2022年11月—2023年5月，醫(yī)護(hù)人員皆基于行為轉(zhuǎn)變理論實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比干預(yù)前與干預(yù)后醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生依從率、手衛(wèi)生知識(shí)掌握率以及護(hù)理質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后醫(yī)護(hù)人員手衛(wèi)生依從率為97.37%，明顯高于干預(yù)前的81.58%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the impact of nursing interventions based on behavioral change theory on the compliance of medical staff with hand hygiene.Methods：A total of 38 medical staff samples were collected from November 2022 to May 2023，and all medical staff implemented nursing interventions based on behavioral change theory.The hand hygiene compliance rate，mastery rate of hand hygiene knowledge and nursing quality of medical staff before and after intervention were compared.Results：After intervention，the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff was 97.37%，significantly higher than 81.58% before intervention，and the difference was statistically significant （P
