自擬方化瘀消痤湯治療結(jié)節(jié)囊腫型痤瘡的臨床療效

【摘要】目的：自擬方化瘀消痤湯治療結(jié)節(jié)囊腫型痤瘡的臨床療效。方法：選取2021年1月—2021年12月本院收治的70例結(jié)節(jié)囊腫型痤瘡患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將其分為觀察組與對(duì)照組，每組35例。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)西藥治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用自擬化瘀消痤湯治療。對(duì)比兩組臨床效果。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分與復(fù)發(fā)率均低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-designed formula Huayu Xiaocuo Tang in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods：70 patients with nodular cystic acne admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects，and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine，while the observation group was treated with self-designed Huayu Xiaocuo Tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the TCM syndrome scores and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group （P
