【摘要】目的：探討宮腔鏡聯(lián)合曼月樂治療異常子宮出血的治療效果。方法：選擇2022年5月—2023年5月我院收治的80例異常子宮出血患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)將其分為對照組和治療組，每組40例，對照組行宮腔鏡治療，治療組在宮腔鏡治療的基礎(chǔ)上采用曼月樂治療，對兩組的治療效果進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果：治療后，治療組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度低于對照組，血紅蛋白水平高于對照組，性激素水平均明顯低于對照組，差異顯著（P
