妊娠期高血壓病與新生兒體格發(fā)育及腦損傷的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】目的：探究妊娠期高血壓病與新生兒體格發(fā)育及腦損傷的相關(guān)性。方法：選取2020年5月—2023年5月我院收治的60例妊娠期高血壓病產(chǎn)婦分娩的新生兒為研究對象，設(shè)為病例組；選擇同期60例正常孕婦分娩的新生兒為對照組。兩組新生兒均接受體格檢查與顱腦超聲檢查，比較兩組新生兒的體格發(fā)育和腦損傷情況。結(jié)果：病例組新生兒的雙頂徑、頭圍、股骨長、腹圍、6個月體重增長率、12個月體重增長率、24個月體重增長率及體質(zhì)指數(shù)均明顯低于對照組新生兒，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the correlation between gestational hypertension and neonatal physical development and brain injury.Methods：60 newborns born to pregnant women with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects and set as the case group；60 newborns born to normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.The newborns in both groups received physical examination and brain ultrasound examination.The physical development and brain injury of the two groups of newborns were compared.Results：The biparietal diameter，head circumference，femur length，abdominal circumference，6-month weight gain rate，12-month weight gain rate，24-month weight gain rate and body mass index of newborns in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group，P
