【摘要】目的：分析與研究苯磺酸氨氯地平片治療社區(qū)高血壓的效果。方法：本次實(shí)驗(yàn)研究時(shí)間為2022年5月—2023年5月，選取某社區(qū)醫(yī)院診治的150例高血壓患者，隨機(jī)將患者分為對(duì)照組（75例，采用硝苯地平片治療）和觀察組（75例，采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治療），觀察和比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，舒張壓和收縮壓均低于對(duì)照組，主要臨床癥狀評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組，組間對(duì)比差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze and study the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of community hypertension. Methods：This experimental study was conducted from May 2022 to May 2023.150 patients with hypertension diagnosed and treated in a community hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group （75 patients，treated with nifedipine tablets） and the observation group （75 patients，treated with amlodipine besylate tablets）.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the diastolic and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group，the major clinical symptom scores were lower than those in the control group，and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group，the differences between the groups were significant （P
