社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)在社區(qū)慢性病管理中的應(yīng)用及對不良事件發(fā)生率的影響

【摘要】目的：分析社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)在社區(qū)慢性病管理中的應(yīng)用及對不良事件發(fā)生率的影響。方法：選取2020年1月—2021年12月期間我社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心收治的400例慢性病患者，按照收治時間將患者分為觀察組與對照組，對照組實施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實施社區(qū)護(hù)理服務(wù)。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組總滿意度、生活質(zhì)量量表（CQOLI-74）評分、健康知識知曉率以及合理用藥率均明顯高于對照組，不良事件發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application of community nursing services in the management of chronic diseases in community and its impact on the incidence of adverse events.Methods：A total of 400 chronic disease patients admitted to our community health service center from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment time.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received community nursing services.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the total satisfaction，quality of life scale （CQOLI-74） score，awareness rate of health knowledge and rational drug use rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P
