康復(fù)護(hù)理在腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者中的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】目的：分析將康復(fù)護(hù)理應(yīng)用于腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者護(hù)理管理中的臨床效果。方法：選取2021年4月—2023年4月期間來(lái)我院接受治療的70例腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分成觀察組與對(duì)照組，每組35例，治療期間，對(duì)照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組開(kāi)展康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)，將兩組護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)對(duì)比。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組患者的護(hù)理治療依從性、腰椎功能、生活活動(dòng)能力、生活質(zhì)量以及護(hù)理滿意度評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組，焦慮情緒和腰椎疼痛評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，組間各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)結(jié)果對(duì)比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Application analysis of rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of applying rehabilitation nursing to the nursing management of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods：A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received treatment at our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method，with 35 cases in each group.During the treatment period，the control group received routine nursing，and the observation group carried out rehabilitation nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared in detail.Results：After nursing，the scores of nursing treatment compliance，lumbar function，life activity ability，quality of life，and nursing satisfaction in the observation group patients were higher than those in the control group，while the scores of anxiety and lumbar pain were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences in various indicators between the two groups were statistically significant （P
