【摘要】目的：探討精細(xì)化護(hù)理對(duì)分娩后產(chǎn)婦睡眠質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取2023年1月—2023年6月我院收治的54例產(chǎn)婦作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將產(chǎn)婦分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組27例。對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)化護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組接受精細(xì)化護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組產(chǎn)婦的匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)評(píng)分。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組PSQI評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異顯著（P
