氟西汀配合逍遙散對(duì)產(chǎn)后抑郁癥的治療效果分析

【摘要】目的：評(píng)價(jià)氟西汀配合逍遙散對(duì)產(chǎn)后抑郁癥患者的治療效果。方法：采用回顧性分析方法對(duì)2021年1月—2023年3月我院收治的100例產(chǎn)后抑郁癥患者進(jìn)行研究，依據(jù)基礎(chǔ)資料匹配性原則進(jìn)行分組（每組50例），給予對(duì)照組氟西汀常規(guī)治療，觀察組采用氟西汀配合逍遙散治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組治療總有效率為98.00%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的86.00%，差異顯著，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；治療后不同時(shí)段，觀察組患者BDI評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；治療后，觀察組患者各項(xiàng)睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of fluoxetine and Xiaoyao San on postpartum depression

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of fluoxetine combined with Xiaoyao San on patients with postpartum depression.Methods：A retrospective analysis method was used to study 100 patients with postpartum depression admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023.According to the principle of matching basic data，they were divided into groups （50 cases in each group）.The control group was given conventional treatment with fluoxetine，and the observation group was treated with fluoxetine combined with Xiaoyao San.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%，which was significantly higher than 86.00% of the control group，with a significant difference and statistical significance （P0.05）；At different periods after treatment，the BDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）；After treatment，the sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P
