【摘要】目的：分析個(gè)性化延續(xù)護(hù)理在老年慢性結(jié)腸炎患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取本院收治的50例老年慢性結(jié)腸炎患者，隨機(jī)將患者均分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施個(gè)性化延續(xù)護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分、營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)以及心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分、營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)及POMS評(píng)分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P
