【摘要】目的：探討尿路感染預(yù)防和診斷治療中采用微生物檢驗(yàn)的應(yīng)用意義。方法：隨機(jī)抽選本院2021年1月—2023年1月間收治的120例尿路感染患者作為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，每組60例，對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)檢查下的抗生素藥物治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予微生物檢驗(yàn)下的針對(duì)性治療。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組診斷準(zhǔn)確率為96.67%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的70.00%，差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the significance of using microbiological testing in the prevention，diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods：120 patients with urinary tract infections admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group using a random number table method，with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given antibiotic treatment under routine examination，and the experimental group was given targeted therapy under microbiological examination.Results：The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 96.67%，which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group，with a significant difference （P
