【摘要】目的：探討ICU交接班病人交接清單的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選擇2021年1月—2021年7月在重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房工作的12名護(hù)士為研究對(duì)象，2021年1月—2021年3月根據(jù)科室護(hù)理質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)，設(shè)計(jì)ICU交接班病人交接清單，在臨床試用 3個(gè)月后進(jìn)行具體應(yīng)用。結(jié)果：ICU交接班病人交接清單實(shí)施前護(hù)士的規(guī)范性執(zhí)行合格率為81.68%，實(shí)施后為規(guī)范性執(zhí)行合格率93.26%，實(shí)施后與實(shí)施前對(duì)比有顯著提高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the design and application value of the ICU patient handover checklist. Method： 12 nurses who worked in the intensive care unit from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects. Based on the nursing quality issues in the department from January 2021 to March 2021， a handover list of ICU patients was designed and applied in clinical trials for three months.
