【摘要】目的：分析強化護理干預對慢性萎縮性胃炎患者的護理效果。方法：選取我院2020年10月—2022年10月的70例慢性萎縮性胃炎患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取強化護理干預。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組的自我用藥能力、自我監(jiān)控癥狀能力、保持良好生活習慣能力、定期復查和自我調(diào)整心態(tài)能力評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護理后，兩組力評分均升高（P0.05），護理后，兩組評分升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of strengthened nursing intervention on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Method： 70 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care， while the observation group received intensive nursing intervention. 慢性萎縮性胃炎的發(fā)生與免疫因素、幽門螺旋桿菌感染、理化刺激因素、藥物因素之間具有緊密的相關性，患者主要表現(xiàn)為時長噯氣、上腹部脹滿和食欲降低等多種消化不良癥狀，且很多患者沒有明顯的癥狀，少數(shù)病情嚴重者會出現(xiàn)嘔血癥狀，由于癥狀控制后容易反反復復，目前還沒有可以徹底治愈的方法，嚴重降低了慢性萎縮性胃炎患者的生活質(zhì)量[1-2]。（剩余3698字）
