椎管內(nèi)麻醉聯(lián)合右美托咪定在老年髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：探討椎管內(nèi)麻醉聯(lián)合右美托咪定在老年髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取2018年11月—2021年11月我院的70例老年髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者，隨機(jī)分成兩組。兩組均采取椎管內(nèi)麻醉，觀察組聯(lián)合使用右美托咪定。結(jié)果：觀察組的泌尿系統(tǒng)感染、認(rèn)知功能障礙、心血管系統(tǒng)感染和呼吸系統(tǒng)感染發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組（P0.05），住院和術(shù)后麻醉留觀時(shí)間方面的比較結(jié)果顯示，觀察組比對(duì)照組更短（P

The application value of spinal anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in elderly hip replacement surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of spinal anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in elderly hip replacement surgery. Method： 70 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received spinal anesthesia， while the observation group received a combination of dexmedetomidine. Results The incidence of urinary system infection， cognitive dysfunction， cardiovascular system infection and respiratory system infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05）.
