【摘要】目的：分析產(chǎn)后綜合康復(fù)護理干預(yù)對產(chǎn)婦的護理效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2022年3月的120例產(chǎn)婦，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取產(chǎn)后綜合康復(fù)護理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：觀察組的痔瘡、乳房脹痛、肌肉酸麻、子宮復(fù)舊不良、產(chǎn)后出血和排尿障礙發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P0.05），護理后，兩組產(chǎn)婦照顧嬰兒的能力、適應(yīng)母親角色的能力、喂養(yǎng)嬰兒的能力及角色的幸福感評分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on postpartum women. Method： 120 postpartum women from January 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care， while the observation group received postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The incidence of hemorrhoids， breast pain， muscle soreness， poor uterine involution， postpartum hemorrhage， and urinary disorders in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05） in the ability of the two groups of mothers to take care of the baby， adapt to the mother’s role， feed the baby， and score happiness in the role. 在分娩后，產(chǎn)婦因為受到多種因素的影響，極易出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)后心理異常癥狀，據(jù)報道，產(chǎn)后產(chǎn)婦的角色轉(zhuǎn)換障礙率為大約為6%～10%，產(chǎn)婦負(fù)面心理率大約為15%～30%，特別是剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦，術(shù)后需要較長的恢復(fù)時間，術(shù)后切口疼痛和產(chǎn)后長期臥床均會加重產(chǎn)婦的負(fù)面心理，不但不利于產(chǎn)后身體機能的快速恢復(fù)，而且會使產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后對新生兒出現(xiàn)排斥心理，甚至?xí)芙^母乳喂養(yǎng)，對母嬰健康均會產(chǎn)生不良的影響[1-2]。（剩余4389字）
