【摘要】目的：探討并了解血涂片分析在臨床血常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用效果及價(jià)值。方法：選取我院2021年10月—2022年10月期間的60例進(jìn)行血常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)的患者為本次研究對(duì)象。所有患者分別采用血細(xì)胞分析儀以及血涂片分析技術(shù)進(jìn)行血常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)，分別對(duì)比兩種檢查方式的臨床檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果及有效性。結(jié)果：通過血細(xì)胞分析儀以及血涂片分析技術(shù)進(jìn)行血常規(guī)檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，血涂片分析技術(shù)對(duì)于嗜中性粒細(xì)胞、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞以及單核細(xì)胞等異常形態(tài)白細(xì)胞分類異常的檢出具有顯著效果，組間存在差異（P

Evaluation of the application value of blood smear analysis in blood routine test

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and understand the application effect and value of blood smear analysis in clinical blood routine test. Methods： 60 patients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. Blood routine tests were performed by blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis techniques in all patients， and the clinical test results and effectiveness of the two methods were compared respectively. Results： Blood routine tests were conducted using blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis technology.
