【摘要】目的：分析多模式分層心理護(hù)理在初產(chǎn)婦無(wú)痛分娩中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院2020年5月—2022年11月的86例初產(chǎn)婦，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取多模式分層心理護(hù)理。結(jié)果：觀察組的產(chǎn)后出血、新生兒窒息、宮頸裂傷和會(huì)陰裂傷發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的產(chǎn)痛傷害、胎兒健康、醫(yī)療護(hù)理和自我控制評(píng)分均明顯（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的分娩自我效能期望值及分娩結(jié)局期望值均明顯降低（P

Observation on the application effect of multimodal stratified psychological nursing in painless delivery of primiparous women

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of multimodal stratified psychological nursing in painless delivery of primiparous women. Method： 86 primiparous women from May 2020 to November 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received multimodal stratified psychological nursing. Results： The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage， neonatal asphyxia， cervical laceration， and perineal laceration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05）. After nursing， the scores of labor pain， fetal health， medical care， and self-control in both groups were significant （P0.05）.
