精神動力分析團體治療對社區(qū)惡性腫瘤患者生活質(zhì)量的干預(yù)及療效評價

【摘要】目的：探討精神動力分析團體治療對社區(qū)惡性腫瘤患者生活質(zhì)量的療效評價。方法：收集240例伴隨有焦慮情況的社區(qū)惡性腫瘤患者，時間在2019年1月—2020年6月時期，分組依據(jù)是隨機法，分成了兩組，各120例，干預(yù)組給予精神動力分析團體治療，對照組給予常規(guī)隨訪。比較兩組的生活質(zhì)量改善情況。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后和入組時期相比，干預(yù)組在2月末、4月末、6月末的生活質(zhì)量評分均發(fā)生了明顯的變化（P0.05），并且干預(yù)組在2月末、4月末、6月末的生活質(zhì)量評分比對照組優(yōu)勢更大，數(shù)據(jù)分析有顯著性（P

Psychodynamic analysis intervention and efficacy evaluation of group therapy on quality of life of community patients with malignant tumors

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of psychodynamic analysis group therapy on the quality of life of community patients with malignant tumors.Methods： 240 community cancer patients with anxiety were collected from January 2019 to June 2020. They were divided into two groups based on random method， with 120 cases in each group. The intervention group was given psychodynamic analysis group treatment， and the control group was given routine follow-up. The improvement of quality of life between the two groups was compared. Results： After the intervention， compared with the enrollment period， the quality of life scores of the intervention group at the end of February， April and June changed significantly （P0.05）.
