【摘要】目的：分析社區(qū)規(guī)范化管理對(duì)老年男性高血壓患者血壓變化控制情況的影響。方法：2020年3月—2021年3月，從在本社區(qū)參加老年人體檢登記的老年男性高血壓患者中選擇120例，利用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分兩組，各60例，對(duì)照組給予一般常規(guī)社區(qū)管理，試驗(yàn)組給予社區(qū)規(guī)范化管理，比較兩組血壓變化控制情況；結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組管理依從性為96.66%，高于對(duì)照組85.00%（P0.05），管理后兩組舒張壓和收縮壓低于管理前（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of community standardized management on the control of blood pressure changes in elderly male hypertensive patients. Methods： From March 2020 to March 2021， 120 elderly male hypertensive patients who participated in the elderly physical examination registration in the community were selected and divided into 2 groups with 60 cases by random number table method.
