全程護(hù)理服務(wù)在糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者中的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】目的：研究全程護(hù)理服務(wù)在糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取2018年1月—2021年10月我院收治的65例糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者，隨機(jī)分成兩組。對照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取全程護(hù)理服務(wù)，觀察兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組的遠(yuǎn)視力、調(diào)節(jié)能力、日常生活能力和讀及精細(xì)工作評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者的遠(yuǎn)視力、調(diào)節(jié)能力、日常生活能力和讀及精細(xì)工作評分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application value of whole-course nursing service in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods： A total of 65 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received whole-course nursing services. The quality of life of the patients in the two groups was observed. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in distance vision， accommodation ability， daily living ability， reading and fine work scores between the two groups （P>0.05）.
