【摘要】目的：探討個(gè)性化舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)在小兒闌尾炎術(shù)后的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取2018年1月—2021年10月入院進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的82例闌尾炎患兒，隨機(jī)分成兩組。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取個(gè)性化舒適護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：觀察組的腸梗阻、惡心嘔吐、切口感染和腹腔膿腫發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組闌尾炎患兒的社交功能、軀體功能、學(xué)校功能及情感功能評(píng)分均明顯升高（P

Application value analysis of personalized comfort nursing intervention in children after appendicitis surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of personalized comfort nursing intervention in children after appendicitis surgery. Methods： A total of 82 children with appendicitis who were admitted to hospital for surgical treatment from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received personalized comfort nursing intervention. Results： The incidences of intestinal obstruction， nausea and vomiting， incision infection and abdominal abscess in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P0.05）.
