【摘要】目的：探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)在老年性腦梗死護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取106例老年性腦梗死患者，其在我院進(jìn)行治療的時(shí)間為2021年1月—10月，將受試者進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組，各53例，將常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)在對(duì)照組中進(jìn)行實(shí)施，同時(shí)以對(duì)照組為基礎(chǔ)，研究組實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比兩組患者的康復(fù)效果及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：研究組患者的康復(fù)總有效率（92.45%）較對(duì)照組更高（75.47%）（P0.05），護(hù)理后研究組患者的ADL與FMA評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更高，NIHSS評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更低（P

Application value of high-quality nursing intervention in nursing of senile cerebral infarction

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction. Methods： A total of 106 patients with senile cerebral infarction were selected， and their treatment time in our hospital was from January 2021 to October 2021. The subjects were randomly divided into groups， 53 cases in each group， and routine nursing intervention was implemented in the control group. At the same time， based on the control group， the research group implemented high-quality nursing intervention， and compared the rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.
