Application research of Chinese medicine's "harmony" culture in cultivating a rational and peaceful social mentality among college students

[Abstract]Asavitalpartof China’soutstanding traditional culture，Chinese medicineculturesharesanaturalafinity with mentalhealthducationofcontemporarycollegestudents，particularlythroughitscoreconceptof"neutralizationandharony".By systematicallexploringthetheoretical foundationsandpracticalapproachesofapplying Chinesemedicine's"harmonyculturein cultivatingarationalandpeacefulsocialmentalityamongcollgestudents，thisstudydelvesintothecorespondingrelationships betweenChinesemedicines"harmonyculturaltheoriesandmodempsychological theoriessuchasemotionregulationandcognitive restructuring，ultimatelyestablishinganinterdisciplinarytheoreticalframework.Furthermore，basedonthefourdimensionsofthe "neutralizationandhamoy"coneptmodelforfosteringcolgesudentsscialmentalityisonstructedtissudycostrctsa socialmentalitycultiationmodelforcolgesdents.Afour-nneiplementationpathisproposedcompasingulu systemreform，innovationincampusculturalactivities，establishmentofpracticalplatforms，andimprovementofevaluation mechanisms.Thisapproachofesanovelperspectiveforcollgementalhealtheducation，integratingbothtraditionalcultural wisdom and modern scientific evidence.
