Academic characteristics of Wang Se Qi Wei （Subtle Insights into Inspection of Complexion） and its contributions to inspection diagnosis of TCM

[Abstract]As the foremost among the four diagnostic methods in Chinese medicine，inspection originated during the Spring andAutumnandWaring States periods.This paperfocuseson WangSe Qi Wei （Subtle Insightsinto Inspectionof Complexions） writenbyJIANGShijiin1671during theearlyQingDynasty.Asthefirstmonographtosystematicallcolateandorganizethe inspectiontheoriesfromHuangDiNeiJing（Huangdi'sClassicof Medicine），itstandsasapionering workinthefieldofTCM inspection.Through literaturereview，comparativeanalysisofilustrations，andclinicalcasestudies，theresearchevaluatesits academiccontributionsfromfourperspectives：theinventionoffacialdistributionmapofzang-fuorgans，limbs，andjointsbasedon LingShu（The SpiritudlPivot）;theelucidationof themechanismunderlyingthe"fivecolorsoftheMingtangarea （thenoseandits suroundingregionsontheface）"in Huang DiNeiJing （Hungdi's Clasicof Medicine）； tepioneeringestablishmentof the"Wang SeXing Zou（theispectionofcolorchangesinrelationtothedisease'scourse）"；andthemulti-dimensionalenrichmentof the complexioninspectioncontentinHuagDNeiJing（Huangdi'slasicofMedicine），encompassingthediferentiationbetwen primaryandsecondarycolors，aten-tiercolorclasificationsystem，andtheidentifcationofcolorvariationsbasedonindividuals andthreecausativefactors.Theresearch summarizestheprofoundinfluenceandcontributionsof Wang Se Qi Wei （Subtle Insights intoInspectioofoleios）toivelotdpresiofsptioigtrovideeeo applicationin modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

中醫(yī)望診起源久遠(yuǎn)，《史記·扁鵲倉公列傳》中已有對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)中醫(yī)望診水平的記載：“越人之為方也，不待切脈、望色、聽聲、寫形，言病之所在”《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》）中望診的理論初步形成，相關(guān)論述散見于《靈樞》的《五閱五使》《五色》《經(jīng)脈》及《素問》的《脈要精微論》《經(jīng)絡(luò)論》《平人氣象論》等篇，其中涉及色診內(nèi)容多達(dá)22篇，奠定了中醫(yī)望診理論基礎(chǔ)。（剩余7782字）
