Abstract: [Purposes] Exploring and comparing the practical experiences in addressing financing dificulties faced by technology enterprises can enhance the ability of Henan's technology enterprises to attract investment or obtain financing,and further improve the core competitiveness of these enterprises in Henan Province.[Methods] By using methods such as literature review, comparative analysis,and comprehensive comparison,this study explores the international practices in addressing the financing difficulties of technology enterprises,providing practical inspirations for the construction of the science and technology finance systemand mechanisms in Henan Province.[Findings] Itis found thatthere are three ways of financing in foreign countries: market-oriented financing,policy-oriented financing,and catching-up development financing.These methods have diffrent actual service policies the dominant forces of the market and the government, the government guarantee level,and regional characteristics. [Conclusion] To further improve the science and technology finance system and help technology enterprises overcome the financing dificulties for moving towards high-qualitydevelopment,it is necessary to establish and enhance the credit system for technology enterprises,the intellectual property protection system,the support system for entrepreneurial financing tolerance mechanisms,and the intellectual property-driven innovation ecosystem,so as to continuously optimize the financing environment for technology enterprises.
