Analysis and Improvement Path of Waterlogging in the Central City of Zhengzhou under Extreme Rainstorm Weather

Abstract: [Purposes] This study analyzes the causes of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou's central city during extreme rainstorms and proposes mitigation measures,aiming to provide references for effective flood management,support sustainable urban development,and provide experience for similar cities. [Methods] Select rainstorm events that have occurred in Zhengzhou since 2O19,analyze the causes of the frequent summer rainstorms and urban waterlogging,and propose suggestions and feasible countermeasures from the perspectives of urban infrastructure improvement, government emergency management systems,and public disaster prevention education. [Findings] The frequent rainstorms in Zhengzhou are afected not only by natural factors such as climate,but also by the inadequate construction of urban drainage facilities and the ineffective functioning of flood relief channels.[Conclusions] Zhengzhou City should accelerate the implementation of countermeasures such as extreme weather warning response,urban drainage and flood prevention facilities,urban greening construction,public disaster prevention education,and emergency preparedness drills in accordance with the sponge city development concept.

在全球氣候變化、城市化發(fā)展等背景下，我國(guó)城市暴雨逐漸增多變強(qiáng)，城市洪澇災(zāi)害問題日趨嚴(yán)重。（剩余5306字）
