Research onOne-step Preparation TechnologyofPerovskiteFilms Based onGreen Solvents

Abstract:[Purposes]In order to solvethe solvent toxicity problem existing in the industrial production of the one-step solution deposition method,the application of green solvents and anti-solvents in the preparation process of perovskite films has been studied.[Methods] Based on the Hansen solubility parameter theory,appropriate green solvents were selected for the preparation of MAPbI 2 . 1 a films on the basis of the traditional one-step preparation process.The annealing temperature and annealing time during the preparation process were adjusted to analyze the impact of process optimization on the properties of MAPbl a films.[Findings] The composite solvent DEC ? ? MOPA and the single solvent DEC can be used as solvents and anti-solvents for the preparation of MAPbl a films by the one-step method. Under the annealing conditions of for 30 minutes, films with the optimal properties such as crystal structure,surface morphology and defect state density were obtained.The PCE value of perovskite solar cells based on the optimized one-step method reached 1 5 . 3 6 % . [Conclusions] Compared with the traditional one-step preparation process,the optimized one-step method has reduced the degree of environmental pollution caused by toxic solvents.The films possess higher filmformingquality,which has guidance significance for the large-scale industrial application of perovskite films.
