[Abstract]Dental stemcellsareeasytoobtain with few technicaland ethicalconstraintsandhave strong proliferative abilityandstablemorphology.Immunecelsarewidelydistributed inthebodyandcanregulatedentalstemcels,which is beneficialforthetreatmentof tissehomeostasisandinflammatorydiseases.Furtherresearchontheirmutualregulato ry mechanisms has important clinical significance.The interactionbetweendental stemcelsand immunecells cancontrolthe biologicalbehaviorofdentalstemcels,regulatethelocalinflammatorymicroenvironment,andpromotetissuere generation and inflammation treatment. However,the mechanism underlying the interaction regulation between dental stemcellsandimmunecelsislargelyunclear,andthediscoveredmechanismslackclinicalexperimentalevidence.Further exploration is needed before appying thesecells to clinical treatment.Thisarticlesummarizes the mutual regulatory efctsand mechanisms betweendental stemcelsand immunecells to providereference fortheirclinical applications.
