[Abstract]Theincidenceoforal diseases ishigh,anditstreatmentoftenrequirestheapplicationofnewmaterials.Characterizedbytheirunique structural propertiesand exceptional biologicalfunctions,electrospiningnanofibers (ENFs) have shownsignificantapplicationpotential inoralmedicine,particularlyinmaxillfacial tssuerepairandtoothregeneration.This workreviews theresearchprogressofENFs instomatologysummarizing theirpreparationprocess andharacteristics,categorizingandelaboratestheirclinicalappications inoraldiseases,andoutliningtheirchallengesanddevelopmentprospects in the treatmentoforal diseases.The findings provide reference forbasic researchand clinicalapplication of ENFs against oral diseases.
